01Campaign Overview

The “Shop & Win with Afnan” campaign is organised by Afnan and gives eligible customers across all participating markets a chance to win an exclusive brand trip to Dubai. Five global winners will be selected.

02Campaign Period

31 August 2026 to 20 September 2026 inclusive. A purchase must be completed within this period to qualify, regardless of the market it is placed in.

03Participating Markets

The campaign runs on Afnan online stores in the United Arab Emirates, United States, Europe, India, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Orders placed outside these stores do not qualify

04How to Enter

Place a qualifying order on any participating Afnan store during the campaign period. The minimum spend must be met in a single transaction and differs by market:

• United Arab Emirates — AED 500
• United States — USD 200
• Europe — EUR 120
• India — INR 7,500
• United Kingdom — GBP 80
• Saudi Arabia — SAR 500
• Kuwait — KWD 40
• Qatar — QAR 500
• Bahrain — BHD 35
• Oman — OMR 50

Each qualifying order earns one (1) entry into the draw. Multiple qualifying orders earn multiple entries. No codes and no forms are required, entry is automatic at checkout.

05Eligibility

Participants must provide accurate and complete customer details at checkout. Each prize is valid for one (1) winner only. Employees of Afnan and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

06Prize Details

Five global winners. Each receives: 

• Round-trip economy class flight to Dubai 
• 4 days / 3 nights hotel accommodation 
• Exclusive invitation to Beautyworld Middle East 
• Behind-the-scenes Afnan factory tour 
• Two dinner experiences and one lunch experience hosted by Afnan 
• A detailed itinerary is shared once the winner is confirmed. 

Flights are not eligible if the winner is from the UAE. However, other prize components, such as the hotel stay and Afnan brand experience, are included.

07 What Is Not Included

The prize package does not include: 

• Personal expenses. 
• Meals or food costs outside the experiences arranged by Afnan. 
• Travel insurance. 
• Transportation not included in the itinerary arranged by Afnan. 
• Travel, accommodation, or any other expenses for a companion or plus-one. 
• Any costs or expenses not specifically stated as part of the prize package. 
• If you are a winner from the UAE, flight tickets are not included, as the destination is also in the UAE. 

08Flight, Hotel & Travel Arrangements

• Afnan will arrange return flights, hotel accommodation, and, where applicable, a single-entry visit visa to the UAE 
• Afnan or its appointed partners will determine the airline, flight schedule, hotel, and other travel arrangements. 
• All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. 
• Travel dates will be determined by Afnan based on operational requirements and will only be confirmed once bookings are finalized. 
• Specific travel, flight, hotel, or other requests cannot be guaranteed. 
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as flight cancellations, delays, or changes by the airline or other travel providers, Afnan will not be responsible for circumstances beyond its control. Travel dates remain subject to Afnan’s arrangements and confirmation. 

09Visa & Reimbursement

Afnan provides guidance and support to winners on the UAE visa application process, but does not manage or complete the application on the winner’s behalf.  

Winners are responsible for completing the required visa procedures and making the necessary payments directly. 

Afnan reimburses eligible visa-related fees on submission of valid receipts and supporting documents, subject to Afnan’s reimbursement policy, up to a maximum of AED 450 per winner. Any amount above this cap is borne by the winner unless otherwise approved by Afnan. 

Visa approval remains at the sole discretion of the relevant immigration authorities. 

10Companion & Plus-One Travel

Afnan arranges and covers travel and accommodation for one person only: the winner. 

Where a winner is unable to travel independently and requires a guardian, companion or plus-one to accompany them, all travel, accommodation, meals, transportation and other related expenses for that individual are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

 Afnan is not responsible for sponsoring, arranging or covering expenses associated with any additional guest or plus-one. 

11Winner Selection

Five (5) global winners are selected by random draw, conducted by Afnan or an appointed representative. Winners are contacted using the details supplied at checkout. If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond within the specified timeframe, another winner may be selected in their place.

12Travel & Prize Conditions

Travel is planned to coincide with Beautyworld Dubai 2026, which takes place from 6 to 8 October 2026. Winners must travel during this period to avail themselves of the prize. The 4-day stay is therefore planned from 5 to 8 October 2026. 

For winners based in the UAE, flight tickets are not included, as the destination is within the UAE. 

Please note the following prize conditions: 

• The prize is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and must be accepted as awarded. 
• The winner must hold a valid passport and provide all required documents within the specified timeframe. 
• Travel must be completed within the specified travel period of 5 to 8 October 2026 to avail of the prize. 
• The winner must comply with all travel requirements and deadlines communicated by Afnan. 
• The prize will be automatically cancelled if the winner does not confirm and complete their visit to Afnan within the stipulated travel period. 

13Privacy

By participating, customers agree that their personal information may be used for campaign administration, winner selection and prize fulfilment, in accordance with Afnan’s privacy policy.

14General Conditions

Afnan reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the campaign if required, and may disqualify fraudulent or invalid entries. All decisions made by Afnan regarding the campaign are final. Afnan is not responsible for third-party delays.
